Other costs associated to sales of items
- Transfer fee: transfer fee according to the time of the bank transfer
- Tariff and consumption tax: Cannot reimburse tax payment in advance unfortunately. Once confirmed by the customer if it is taxable, will can offer a cash back**.
- For tariff cash back: All items are shipped from New Zealand.
- If the goods sent by international mail has become taxable, please pay directly to the delivery member.
- Sagittarius will pay all (except for the leather boots) the tax amount as cash back** when you use the next time * please note will be half price burden for corporate transactions
- If you do get taxed, please send through the following details to firstname.lastname@example.org please send an email with:
- Your name
- Invoice number
- Photographic image of tariff “tax notice” via digital camera, or images taken with mobile phone
- (If you took a tariff on goods sent in size exchange because of customer reasons, the tariff will be payable by the customer.)

**Cash back is when we will reimburse your tax payment in digital currency when you use us next time.
Credit card settlement (Visa, Master Card, Ameircan Express, or Diners), bank transfer, PayPal settlement
On confirmation of your item to be secured, we will guide you through your order for the total amount in the “Notice / invoice dispatch arrangements”. After payment is confirmed, we will send it out at about 1 week of international mail to deliver (if you travel, etc. and in the case of long-term your absence adjust the shipping date upon request, please specify)
If delivery is delayed for our reasons, we will notify you within 48 hours via email and guide you for a refund should you request it
Goods will arrive in about one week from shipping (international air mail). Large items (Saddles, etc.) that cannot be sent by post will be through international courier service that may take approximately 10 business days.
For defective products
Please be sure to check the goods that arrive when the item arrives. Because if you’ve received is different from product damage or can not function defective and ordered product will be free replacement, please contact us within 10 days after delivery.
- Return acceptance period is within 10 days after delivery.
- Damage or return postage if the wrong item is received by our reason, we will consider it with our burden.

Changes to order
Change of product is possible until the day before shipping
Although the cancellation to ship the day before will be accepted, the cancellation after shipment will be considered as returns.
Application of the expiration date
